Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to ensure timely delivery and collection of shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks in compliance with safety protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety (WSH) standards.
- Process documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Assist the management team in identifying process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or equivalent qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform warehouse-related manual tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Possession of a valid Forklift Driving License is a significant advantage.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
