Position Overview: We are currently looking for a full-time Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Helper to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a hands-on work environment and want to build a career in logistics. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you succeed.
Key Duties: As a Warehouse Assistant, you will handle a variety of tasks including packing fashion items, tagging and labeling products, managing stock levels, and assisting with order fulfillment. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, contributing to inventory accuracy, and collaborating with team members to meet daily targets. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our retail partners receive their stock on time and in perfect condition.
Benefits: We offer a competitive salary package of RM 2,000 - RM 2,700 per month, along with a supportive team environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Pack and prepare fashion items for dispatch according to company standards.
- Tag and label products with accurate barcodes, prices, and care instructions.
- Receive and inspect incoming stock, verifying quantities and quality.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas to optimize space and accessibility.
- Assist in regular stock takes and inventory reconciliation.
- Support outlet replenishment by picking and packing orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items (up to 20kg) and standing for long hours.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory recording.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
