Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and sorting of goods according to inventory lists.
- Ensure timely loading and unloading of shipments while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect incoming goods for damages or discrepancies and report findings to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to optimize warehouse workflow.
- Assist in general warehouse administration and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting daily operational targets.
