We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our logistics team in the West Region. We understand the demands of the industry and offer flexible working arrangements, including 5-day weeks, 5.25-day weeks, and rotating 12-hour shifts (AM & PM), to accommodate a healthy work-life balance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily receiving, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Perform accurate picking and packing of orders to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain precise stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and fully compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to identify workflow improvements and optimize storage solutions.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related manufacturing field is a strong advantage.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills are required for inventory counting and verification.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
