Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and sorting of goods according to order manifests.
- Execute systematic stock counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
- Load and unload cargo shipments efficiently while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or reach trucks (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to comply with WSH regulations.
- Support daily warehouse operations to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Document inbound and outbound movements using digital inventory systems or manual logs.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly advantageous.
- Possession of a valid Forklift License is a significant plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift goods as required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following operational procedures.
- Able to commit to rotating shift schedules (AM/PM) or fixed shift arrangements.
- Proficient in basic English communication skills.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and capable of working effectively within a team.
