Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes, ensuring accuracy before dispatch.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock items, checking for damages or discrepancies against delivery orders.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet daily targets and quality standards.
- Maintain the warehouse floor, ensuring aisles are clear, and storage areas are organized and tidy.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and updating inventory records.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any shipping delays or documentation errors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in shipping document preparation.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills; ability to read and understand shipping terminology.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass or citizenship (Singaporean/PR preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., MS Office) is an advantage.
