Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to packing slips and work orders.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on all outbound shipments to ensure zero damage or errors.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular stock counts and systematic organization.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and palletizing outgoing goods.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline workflow and improve dispatch turnaround times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in inventory.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 15-20kg.
- Proficiency in basic inventory record-keeping and warehouse software is an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet daily dispatch deadlines.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Meycauayan City, Bulacan.
