- Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and documentation.
- Efficiently organize and store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper inventory rotation and accessibility.
- Perform precise picking, packing, and labeling of goods for outgoing deliveries, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Safely load and unload materials onto trucks and other transport vehicles, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies to ensure accurate stock records.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and fulfilling orders.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications for inventory tracking is a plus.
