Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily receiving, stocking, and distribution of goods with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment while verifying product specifications
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation and quality control procedures
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize warehouse space utilization
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean work environments
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification
- Minimum 1-2 years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25kg repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with MS Office Suite knowledge
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
