As a Warehouse Associate, you will oversee the critical day-to-day operations of our facility, ranging from the receiving of raw materials to the final packing and dispatch of goods. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day performance and progress of warehouse activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor and oversee entire store operations, including receiving, sorting, and packing of goods.
- Manage inventory levels through regular stock-taking and system reconciliation.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Handle documentation for shipping, receiving, and inventory movement accurately.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in shipment or stock levels promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level or equivalent educational background.
- Prior experience in warehouse management or logistics operations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office) for inventory tracking.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklift license is a plus).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor tasks when required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
