The role offers a competitive salary of $2,500 – $3,200 per month, inclusive of AWS (Additional Wage Supplement). Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily picking, packing, and checking of goods to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts, in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse floor, adhering to 5S principles where applicable.
- Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and recording data.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Kualifikasi
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (approx. 5-10kg) repeatedly.
- Reliable attendance with a strong work ethic.
- Basic proficiency in English is preferred for communication.
- Ability to work in shifts if required by business needs.
- Attention to detail is essential for inventory accuracy.
- Previous warehouse experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
