Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise and materials in accordance with company safety and security policies.
- Pick, pack, and label orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents and promote efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory control, stock counts, and cycle counting to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate shipments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance tasks as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to schedules.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
