Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and store goods in designated warehouse locations to maximize space efficiency.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for distribution, ensuring orders are dispatched according to schedule.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in annual physical inventory audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain all tools in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Document all stock movements accurately within the warehouse management system or manual logs.
- Assist in loading and unloading transport vehicles in compliance with safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar inventory-focused role.
- Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor throughout the shift.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and record-keeping.
- Ability to follow strict safety policies and operational procedures.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management practices and safety standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules if required by business operations.
