Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Compare physical stock levels against system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Document all findings and provide detailed reports to the warehouse management team.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and quantity verification.
- Assist in the organization and optimization of warehouse storage areas.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for audit trails and compliance.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline inventory handling processes.
- Participate in periodic comprehensive stock takes and end-of-month reconciliation.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or auditing roles.
- Strong numerical proficiency and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment with long periods of standing or walking.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Demonstrated integrity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work in San Fernando, Pampanga.
