Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cycle counts and spot checks to verify the accuracy of warehouse inventory.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Ensure all stock is stored according to safety protocols and organizational standards.
- Reconcile physical stock counts with digital inventory systems and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Report any missing items, damaged goods, or record errors to the Warehouse Manager.
- Maintain and update accurate inventory logs and filing systems.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring best practices for warehouse organization and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect even minor errors in data.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in data entry.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
