In this role, you'll be responsible for verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, conducting systematic stock counts, and maintaining precise documentation of all warehouse activities. You'll collaborate closely with our warehouse operatives and supervisors to guarantee that every product meets our quality standards before distribution.

Tanggung Jawab
- Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery receipts
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Inspect outgoing shipments for correct quantities, quality, and proper packaging
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all warehouse checking activities
- Coordinate with warehouse operatives and supervisors to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Report damaged goods, missing items, or any inventory issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehousing is a plus
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in warehouse checking, inventory control, or related roles
- Proficient in basic computer operations and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies quickly
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 20 kg
- Good communication skills in Filipino and English
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasionally on weekends as needed
