You'll serve as the primary communication hub between staff, drivers, and supervisors, coordinating real-time updates on inventory status, shipping schedules, and operational challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily inventory audits to verify stock accuracy against system records
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors for real-time operational updates
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through systematic verification processes
- Maintain detailed documentation of all inventory movements and warehouse activities
- Implement safety protocols during receiving, storage, and dispatching operations
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize warehouse layout and inventory flow
- Generate weekly inventory reports and highlight areas for process improvement
- Train new staff on inventory control procedures and warehouse safety standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations or inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic MS Office applications
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail with record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating multi-stakeholder operations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and OHS standards
- Valid government-issued ID and clean police clearance
