Tanggung Jawab
- Verify accuracy of incoming shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Conduct physical inspections of inventory to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain precise logs of inventory movements using internal tracking systems.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all activities comply with government, customer, and company safety, health, and environmental policies.
- Assist in cycle counts and periodic warehouse audits to maintain inventory integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing, inventory control, or quality inspection preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in documentation or goods.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory system management.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
