You will be the final gatekeeper for our inventory, playing a crucial role in minimizing errors and maximizing operational flow.
Tanggung Jawab
- Verify incoming delivery items against purchase orders and packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect goods for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues prior to acceptance.
- Accurately record inventory movements and stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Assist in the picking, packing, and labeling of orders for timely shipment.
- Collaborate with logistics coordinators to resolve inventory discrepancies and missing items.
- Ensure proper documentation of all receipts, invoices, and delivery notes.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software or spreadsheets.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Valid government ID (e.g., SSS, UMID) and BIR compliance documents.
