As a Warehouse Clerk, you'll be the backbone of our supply chain, maintaining accurate inventory records while supporting the movement of critical automotive safety components. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to evolving logistics demands. You'll collaborate closely with production teams to optimize stock levels and contribute to our commitment to quality and efficiency in the automotive manufacturing sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate goods receipt, inspection, and storage of automotive components
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in annual physical inventory audits
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain clean, organized storage areas
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize material flow and minimize downtime
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with 1-2 years warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic MS Office applications
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse machinery
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain precise records
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
- Physical capability to lift up to 20kg and stand for extended periods
