In this position, you will maintain accurate inventory records, ensure real-time ERP system updates, conduct comprehensive stock reconciliations, and manage critical warehouse documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain precise inventory records and update ERP systems in real-time
- Conduct regular stock reconciliations to ensure data integrity
- Manage and organize warehouse documentation (receiving/shipping records)
- Support physical inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams on inventory discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company inventory control policies
- Assist in optimizing warehouse inventory processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
- 1-2 years warehouse or inventory management experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
