Changsu Industrial Indonesia is currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Clerk/Leader Team to join our operations at the Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat). As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and managing daily warehouse activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise the clerical and operational team to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking partners, facilitating clear communication regarding inventory and shipment details.
- Manage inventory control processes, including stock counting, receiving, and dispatching goods within the Bonded Zone.
- Ensure all shipping documents and records are accurately completed and maintained in compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace by enforcing safety protocols and coordinating regular equipment checks.
- Analyze daily reports to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on warehouse procedures and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (listening, speaking, and reading) is required for this position.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Vocational training in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or clerical supervisory role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel).
- Willingness to work in the Karawang area and adapt to shift schedules if necessary.
