DHL Supply Chain is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Warehouse / Contract Site Manager to lead our operations in San Fernando, Pampanga. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind site performance, safety compliance, and operational excellence.
As the Contract Site Manager, you will oversee end-to-end warehouse activities, ensuring that our logistics solutions meet the high standards DHL is known for. You will manage cross-functional teams, optimize site workflows, and act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse and site operations to ensure seamless execution of logistics services.
- Manage site-level profit and loss (P&L) performance, including labor costs and operational budget adherence.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Lead, mentor, and coach site personnel to foster a high-performance culture focused on safety and quality.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on KPIs and operational performance.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and internal DHL quality standards.
- Coordinate with regional teams to manage inventory accuracy and optimize stock flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in warehouse management or site leadership within the logistics/transport sector.
- Proven track record in P&L management and operational planning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in both English and Filipino.
- In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards in logistics operations.
