- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock records and cycle counts
- Oversee shipment scheduling and liaise with transport partners for timely deliveries
- Implement warehouse safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Optimize storage space utilization and warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Prepare and process logistics documentation including packing lists and shipping manifests
- Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery rates, and inventory turnover
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years in warehouse coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, WMS systems)
- Strong knowledge of 3PL operations and supply chain fundamentals
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic mathematical aptitude for inventory calculations and data analysis
- Valid forklift operation certification preferred
