Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to schedule timely transport and deliveries.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
- Prepare and update shipping documentation, including packing lists and delivery receipts.
- Ensure all warehouse equipment and storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies or transit issues promptly to ensure minimal operational downtime.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to forecast stock requirements.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Logistics or Supply Chain management is an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a physical warehouse environment and handle heavy lifting when necessary.
- Must be willing to work full-time hours based in Quezon City.
