Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including daily inbound and outbound logistics.
- Supervise and monitor the pick-and-pack process to ensure 100% order accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Manage inventory levels through regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules.
- Enforce strict warehouse safety policies and 5S workplace organizational standards.
- Generate and analyze daily operational reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate complex issues to management effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics coordinator role.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across different functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including shifts required for regional distribution needs.
