Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Oversee the loading and unloading of shipments
- Coordinate with transportation partners for timely delivery of goods
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations
- Resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies or logistics challenges
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Forklift certification and knowledge of warehouse safety standards
