Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and transport teams to schedule shipments and resolve any delivery discrepancies.
- Maintain precise inventory records through regular stock counts and cycle counts, ensuring data integrity.
- Manage customer orders from initiation to final shipment, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and safe at all times, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to address inventory shortages or urgent shipping requirements.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock movements and generate operational reports.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; relevant certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS software.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records under pressure.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods as required by the role.
