Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing communication equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate logistics for inbound/outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries
- Implement warehouse safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Optimize storage space utilization and warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to operational procedures
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and reporting
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant logistics certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 25kg) and work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
