As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a critical role in streamlining inventory processes and ensuring seamless supply chain operations. This position offers a competitive salary package, including a shift allowance, providing you with financial stability and growth potential.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor and enforce strict safety compliance and warehouse cleanliness protocols.
- Handle documentation and utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for data entry and reporting.
- Resolve discrepancies in shipments and effectively communicate updates to supervisors.
- Ensure that all warehouse equipment is operated safely and maintained regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Nitec in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS or inventory software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Physically fit to handle warehouse tasks and comfortable working in a shift-based environment.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to commit to shift work as required.
