Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect pallets and verify manifests, invoices, certificates of origin (CO), and transfer lists
- Coordinate loading and sealing operations to ensure proper handling of goods
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse activities
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Implement warehouse safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification in logistics or related field
- Previous experience in warehouse coordination or similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
