Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely processing of inbound and outbound orders.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks to maintain high accuracy and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to schedule deliveries and resolve any shipping discrepancies or delays.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in strict compliance with company safety regulations.
- Process and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Liaise with internal departments to understand material requirements and ensure timely availability of stock.
- Assist in the implementation of warehouse process improvements and safety training for staff.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse coordination, inventory management, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is required for local transportation duties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods as required by the role.
