In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors at the warehouse counter, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of goods and documents. You will be responsible for verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records. Tanggung Jawab
- Verify incoming and outgoing goods against invoices and delivery notes to ensure accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients and vendors with their inquiries at the counter.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and stock movements in the system.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Operate warehouse management software and basic office equipment efficiently.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the counter area to maintain a professional environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any discrepancies or operational issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate billing and inventory counting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a busy setting.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or counter operations is a plus.
