Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and sorting of goods according to order specifications.
- Ensure efficient loading and unloading of inventory using manual handling or warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular stock counts and participate in inventory cycle checks to ensure system accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or scanners safely and effectively.
- Report any product damage, inventory discrepancies, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of materials.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar manual labor role is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items regularly.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, discipline, and attendance.
- Basic ability to read and understand logistics documentation and order slips.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts if necessary.
- A positive attitude with a strong focus on workplace safety and teamwork.
