Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and sorting of inventory according to order specifications.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Operate manual or powered warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely and correctly.
- Monitor and report any damaged goods or equipment malfunctions to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain precise digital or manual logs for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Senior High School graduate preferred).
- Proven experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads comfortably.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow verbal or written instructions clearly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifting schedules if required.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety (OSHA standards or local equivalent).
