Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels and accuracy
- Train and lead warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize space utilization and efficiency
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse/inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
