As our Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage documentation workflows, and maintain seamless communication between our logistics partners and internal production teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Manage end-to-end logistics documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and Bill of Lading.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and transport providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across the warehouse floor.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets and quality standards are met.
- Analyze logistical bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance operational throughput.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- In-depth knowledge of local transportation regulations and documentation requirements.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
