Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer communications in Mandarin and English regarding order status, inventory availability, and shipping timelines
- Resolve customer complaints, order discrepancies, and delivery issues with urgency and professionalism
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track shipments and provide real-time updates
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation in CRM systems
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction metrics
- Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining warehouse service protocols
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English communication skills
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or logistics
- Proficient with CRM software and basic warehouse management systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
