Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery timelines, and warehouse operations
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve fulfillment discrepancies and delays
- Process and track orders using inventory management systems
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with logistics departments to optimize delivery processes
- Identify and escalate recurring operational issues to management
- Provide post-delivery support and handle product return requests
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant logistics certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or warehouse support experience
- Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
- Immediate availability to start position
