Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Perform accurate picking and packing of inventory based on delivery orders and warehouse requirements.
- Support the driver during delivery routes, providing assistance with navigation and securing cargo.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by adhering to strict housekeeping and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Prepare shipments for distribution, including labeling, wrapping, and palletizing goods.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment effectively while maintaining all company safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or delivery assistant role is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong physical stamina, as the role involves manual handling and repetitive movement of goods.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with drivers and colleagues.
- Basic numeracy skills to accurately verify stock levels and delivery documentation.
- Commitment to workplace safety practices and willingness to follow standard operating procedures.
- Able to work on a full-time basis, including potential shift work if required.
