Vcare Pharmacy is seeking a motivated Warehouse & E-Commerce Assistant to join our growing team in Shah Alam. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our customers receive their health and wellness products accurately and on time.
As our Warehouse & E-Commerce Assistant, you will bridge the gap between our warehouse operations and our online store. You will be responsible for managing inventory flow, picking and packing orders, and ensuring that our digital storefront reflects our stock levels perfectly. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare online customer orders for daily shipment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and assist in physical stocktaking activities.
- Monitor incoming e-commerce orders and ensure timely processing and dispatch.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming warehouse goods according to pharmacy quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Handle product labeling, barcoding, and shelf-stocking duties.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve order discrepancies or shipping inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; certificate in Logistics or related fields is an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically with e-commerce platforms and inventory management software.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, retail, or e-commerce fulfillment is highly preferred.
- Strong physical stamina to handle manual warehouse tasks and lifting.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
- Must be based in or able to commute daily to Shah Alam, Selangor.
