Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor daily inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
- Verify and process purchase orders and delivery notes against received goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in stocktaking activities and periodic inventory audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and handheld scanners, as required.
- Communicate effectively with logistics teams and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
- Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Forklift License is a plus.
