BYD Automotive is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Executive to oversee the warehouse and distribution operations at our Kranji, North Region site. In this position you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.
You will work closely with suppliers and internal production teams to align inventory levels, manage stock accuracy, and optimize the flow of materials across the supply chain. Leading a team of warehouse staff, you will set performance targets, conduct regular audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce operational costs.
Key responsibilities include managing daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes, maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counts and reconciliations, and implementing lean logistics techniques. You will also ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and keep the warehouse clean and organized.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule warehouse staff to achieve throughput targets and quality standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements and lean methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools to track shipments, manage data, and generate reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven leadership and team‑management skills with ability to motivate a diverse workforce.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, WMS, and ERP (SAP preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data‑driven reporting tools.
- Ability to work shift schedules and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Forklift or material handling certifications are an advantage.
