Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate with production and transport teams to ensure timely movement of products
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to safety regulations
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance
- Implement and improve warehouse procedures for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Prepare and maintain relevant documentation, such as stock records and shipping reports
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification; Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Forklift license is an added advantage
