Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Maintain precise inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure zero discrepancy.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and transport providers for timely inbound and outbound shipments.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process orders and update stock levels in real-time.
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse space utilization and operational workflow.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on stock movement and warehouse performance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics operations.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management practices and supply chain principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
