Sonoco, a global leader in packaging and industrial products, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Warehouse Executive to oversee our warehouse operations in Shah Alam. This critical role ensures the seamless and efficient handling of raw materials and finished goods, supporting our supply chain and production teams.
As the Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day warehouse activities, from receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries to organizing storage, controlling inventory levels, and coordinating outbound shipments. Your focus on process optimization, safety compliance, and team leadership will directly contribute to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials and finished goods to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Manage inventory control processes, including cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate and supervise the dispatch of finished goods, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations, safety, and hygiene.
- Lead and train warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor warehouse metrics and generate regular reports on performance, inventory, and logistics.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align warehouse activities with overall supply chain goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is an advantage.
