Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure 99.5% accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage capacity for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with suppliers and transport partners for timely deliveries
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on safety procedures and operational standards
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse operations management
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
- Certified in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-volume environments
