The Role
As a Warehouse Executive, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations. You will oversee the entire warehouse workflow, from receiving raw materials to dispatching finished products. Your strong leadership will ensure that our inventory remains highly accurate, our processes are lean and efficient, and our team is motivated to achieve operational excellence. You will work closely with the logistics and production teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely distribution to our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and dispatch.
- Drive inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting, stock audits, and reconciliation.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and internal departments to optimize delivery schedules and reduce turnaround times.
- Champion a safety-first culture by implementing and enforcing 5S housekeeping and safety protocols.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage solutions to maximize space utilization and operational flow.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports on KPIs, productivity, and inventory turnover for management review.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive initiatives that enhance overall warehouse efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possession of a valid forklift license or knowledge of material handling equipment is an added advantage.
