Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Production Manager in planning and executing daily warehouse operations effectively and efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels closely and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.
- Implement and maintain strict safety standards, housekeeping protocols, and 5S principles within the warehouse.
- Coordinate closely with the production line to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for inventory movement, receipts, and dispatches.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Physically fit and capable of performing duties that may involve lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
