Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up-to-date using WMS.
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Prepare and pack shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries and resolve any logistics issues.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse procedures.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks when necessary.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
